The beachfront land in Hua Hin covers an area of 12,256 square meters, or 7.66 Rai, and offers stunning views of the surrounding islands. This is the last available plot on Kao Tao Beach where construction of up to 7-8 stories is permitted. The location is ideal for developing high-end beachfront properties, including private luxury residences, 5-star hotels, or other construction-prepped land.

Hua Hin is approximately a two-and-a-half-hour drive from central Bangkok or its International Airport. This seaside town seamlessly blends traditional charm with modern conveniences, such as hospitals, an airport, department stores, cinemas, hotels, and restaurants serving local and international cuisine.

Nestled on the beautiful beach of Khao Tao, with its unique sand dunes and large shady trees, the area offers a panoramic vista of two enchanting islands. Hua Hin has been a beloved Thai resort for over a century. Discovered in 1910 by a Royal Prince, it quickly gained prestige as an ideal getaway from the bustling city of Bangkok. The area’s accessibility was further enhanced in 1911 with the construction of a railway line from Bangkok.

Hua Hin continued to develop as an aristocratic resort, featuring attractions such as the Royal Hua Hin Golf Course, the oldest course in Thailand, and the renowned Black Mountain Golf Course. The area’s newest course, Sea Pine Golf Course, is conveniently located within walking distance from the beach land on Khao Tao Beach.

The Railway Hotel, now known as the Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas, was built in 1923 in the architectural style of old Siam. Today, Hua Hin boasts almost a dozen five-star resorts, including the exclusive Chiva Som Destination Spa, which attracts celebrated actors, musicians, socialites, and sports personalities.

In 1928, King Rama VII constructed Klai Kangwon (Far From Worries) Palace, which remains an official Royal Residence and is open to the public for visits. Many of Bangkok’s elite have built their own beachfront homes along the curving sandy bay, enjoying leisurely family weekends in a resort that has maintained its unique identity.
