THE SPACES
The massive villa offers an incredible variety of contemporary Studios and Suites, most offering spectacular panoramic views over the Indian Ocean. From the rich marble floors, oversized windows to maximize the views, to our luxury hotel style beds, linens and amenities. Each of our Suites and Studios have a smart TV, Netflix access, a safe, internet/WIFI, oversized wardrobes and luxury En-suite bathrooms. Two of our Suites have a semiprivate location within the Villa grounds, creating wonderful private experiences.

MASTER SUITE
Located on the upper level the 82 m2 Master Suite and its En-suite bathroom offer dramatic 160 Degree views over the ocean, even the white heads of the waves can be seen. The interiors are simply beautiful with a teak wooden flooring and pitched ceiling. The master suite features a super King Size bed, a beautiful make up area and En-suite dressing room huge wardrobe lead into the feature master bathroom featuring a huge walk-in shower and a “bath with a view”
The Master suite has access to the beautiful Spa living as well as a private terrace.

OCEAN VIEW SUITE
The Ocean Vista Suite is a separate 70 m2 two story suite within the villa which can be accessed without entering the main villa building. The main bedroom is located on the lower and features twin beds (which can be adjoined) a beautiful study and wardrobe a make up area.
The second level of this extraordinary suite consists of a viewing deck complete with a day bed offering the very best panoramic ocean views. A great place to relax and rewind with a massage, a sunrise breakfast or a sunset bottle of wine

POOL SUITE
Located on the garden level featuring a separate entry through the gardens and its own private plunge pool, a private terrace and living room this 65 m2 suite is a perfect choice for those with children or guests that value our villa’s most private spot. This suite has a small pantry and a set of bunk beds if they are travelling with small children.
The suite comes complete with an En-suite dressing room overlooking the gardens and a beautiful bathroom which opens up to the Pool Suites private plunge pool.

SPA SUITE
Located on the upper level on the opposite side of the master Suite the Spa suite features a beautiful study, a King Size bed a huge living room that is shared with the master suite and its own private Spa Terrace overlooking the Indian Ocean and the infinity edge pool. Beautiful pitched roofs and incredible views create an enriching experience.
A private elevator ensures a convenient access for the elderly and the impaired. This suite is the perfect option for those that have opted for an extended stay in our little paradise.

POOL, OCEAN & GARDEN STUDIOS
Our Pool Studio has been designed as a beautiful glass jewelry box and is located directly adjacent to the main infinity edge pool and the living/dining room. It has its own balcony on the west, perfect for afternoon tanning in full privacy.
The twin-Bed Ocean studio is located next to the master bedroom and enjoys the same wonderful views over the Indian Ocean. Its beds can be adjoined for flexibility.
The King bedded Garden Studio has an access over water and is set in the gardens featuring a semi open bathroom. Each of the studios offer a unique experience.

Unlike Villas which have been built around a pool, with limited or no external views, Villa Tirta Kencana was conceptualized as a luxury gallery with the ocean as its ”giant painting”. Located on the highest point in the development the villa was designed to feature unobstructed 160-Degree Ocean views over the Indian Ocean which can be enjoyed from the various living and dining areas, and it’s cool shaded terraces and lounges.

From the main living and dining area additional spectacular views over the villa’s extensive infinity edge pool towards the ocean appear, which will be engraved in your memories for years to come. There are very few comparable villas on the Island.

Even the open kitchen and the cozy Japanese Living/Dining room features ocean views over the infinity pool. Through the recent completion of the Jala Raya Nusa Dua Selatan (the first phase of Bali’s ring road) and the Mandala over water Expressway, Jimbaran and Ngurah Rai International airport (DPS) are only 20-25 minutes drive from the property, whilst Sanur can be reached in just 25 minutes.
