A lemon grove with four buildings and a remarkable listed garden, five minutes from Menton city centre. This age-old farm beside Menton has cultivated lemon trees and olive trees since the 16th century. It once had a small rural house typical of Menton’s traditional architecture, dating back to around 1820. For over thirty years, the property was renovated, trees were added, a more diverse range of plant species was brought in, and lemons were grown to be sold. The four buildings here offer large spaces used for living, relaxing and farming. The property, with its remarkable garden known for its lemon trees, lies at the foot of Annonciade hill, which separates the two main valleys of Menton.
