The Apartment
The access to the apartment is through a common area, where the dining room with an integrated kitchen is located. All the furniture is high quality and the carpentry as well as certain lighting fixtures are imported from Italy. The terrace is the most important feature of the whole apartment, as it gives continuity to the internal space and also offers views to the sea. It is ideal to enjoy all year round as it was thought so, because of its heating and air conditioning equipment, as well as the double glazing in the openings.

The apartment has two full bedrooms with lots of light and en suite bathrooms along with a laundry room.

About the building.
The complex is divided into four sections of different heights, interconnected by large planted patios.

The volume is staggered, respecting the scale of the neighboring houses and growing in height as it moves away from them, avoiding the visual impact of a single volume.

The development has several exterior common areas. Towards the front, the swimming pool and the park are protected from the prevailing winds. Towards the sea, the common planted terraces with living spaces and exceptional views.

In the basement there are amply proportioned garages and spacious storage spaces. The building also has an indoor swimming pool, a gym and a spa.

The materials chosen for the exterior finishes were exposed concrete, wood and local stone.

The Colette was designed with respect for nature and its surroundings as a premise.
