Renovations: Both the interior and exterior maintenance are up-to-date. Over the past few years, the villa has been renovated in stages. The terrace, which originally had multiple levels with the pool situated one meter higher, has been leveled. Wooden terrace beams were replaced with concrete, and the pool received a makeover.
