The residence features 3 master bedrooms over 4 ocean facing levels, using the best materials and fittings sourced from all over the world.

Central Residence:
This residence is the largest of the three and features six bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and four levels.

The wedding pavilion is 4m x 7m in size, and directly overlooks Padang Padang Beach.

A large automatically activated diesel generator supplies ample electricity to the entire property when an outage occurs. There is 500,000 litre water storage under the common area, where rainwater is stored. An advanced water filtration system then purifies the water and distributes it around the complex.
